Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments for services provided by Essential Labz. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Bank Transfers

  • PayPal (if applicable)

  • Local Payment Gateways (e.g., Flutterwave, Paystack — if applicable)

All payments must be made in [currency, e.g., NGN/USD] unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: Payment is required in full before the commencement of services unless a written agreement states otherwise.

  • Recurring Payments: For ongoing services (e.g., retainers, monthly packages), payment will be billed on a recurring basis as specified in your service agreement.

  • Late Payments: A late fee may be applied if payment is not received within the due date specified on the invoice.

Invoicing

Invoices will be issued electronically and sent via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information is accurate and up to date.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for strategy sessions, consultation, digital campaigns, and creative assets are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Refund Requests: Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment and is subject to approval.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

For services billed on a recurring basis:

  • Clients may cancel with a [number]-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for work already completed or in progress.

Disputed Charges

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
